Anthony Reppond, NSCA-CPT (MADISON)
Anthony is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He was fortunate enough to find his niche in fitness & athletics, at an early age, while attending the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Anthony is a seasoned fitness expert, with more than 15 years of experience. His own personal fitness lifestyle, dedication and motivation reflect throughout his training. Anthony is very knowledgeable and passionate about health, fitness and helping others succeed in their fitness endeavors.

Brittany Horton, NETA-CPT (BRANDON)
Brittany graduated from the University of Mississippi where she studied Health, Exercise Science & Recreation Management. She is certified through the National Exercise Trainers Association. She has been in the fitness industry for 5 years as a personal trainer and fitness manager. Brittany's extensive background in dance and performing arts lead to her passion for fitness. Brittany realized she wanted to be a personal trainer when she was dancing as a Rebelette at Ole Miss and was chosen to lead the team workouts. She is very passionate about fitness and helping others lead a healthy lifestyle. She is a fitness blogger and recently competed and placed in her first NPC Fitness Competition. Brittany works hard to achieve her goals and wants to help you do the same.

Justin Carpenter, NOTA-CPT (BRANDON)
Justin has spent four and a half years in the United States Marine Corps. He also has 2 years of Kickboxing background and 4 years of Brazilian Jiu-JItsu training. During these years, he was taught the need for strength and conditioning training. He then began research on how to achieve the full benefits of his training, by living a full fit and healthy lifestyle in 2009. He is currently enrolled in the International Sports Sciences Association Associate's Degree Program for Exercise Science, as well as obtaining several additional certifications through them. He is also in preparations for becoming an NPC Bodybuilding competitor this year. He believes in a well-balanced lifestyle of fitness, nutrition, spiritual, and personal time are the keys to a truly healthy lifestyle.

Rachel Henderson, NOTA-CPT (MADISON)
Rachel graduated from Belhaven University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology as well as completed her master’s degree from Mississippi College in Marriage and Family Counseling. She has been active in sports and physical fitness since she was a child, competing in basketball, baseball, tennis, track, cheerleading and as a gymnast. She played tennis at the collegiate level and has been a tennis instructor for over 3 years. Rachel believes that health and wellbeing are at the foundation of everything we do. There are absolutely no limits but the ones we place on ourselves. Her passion is apparent in every session as she enthusiastically educates her clients to help set them up for long term success. Movement is change. Change is life. Movement changes life.

Jordain Lang, NASM-CPT (MADISON)
Jordain is an experienced NPC bikini competitor, nutrition enthusiast, and lover of all things fitness. She knows first hand the battles of fat loss and physique transformation, losing nearly 50 pounds by adopting a healthy, active lifestyle. Today, Jordain regularly competes in NPC Physique competitions, most recently winning her second overall title. Along her journey, Jordain has acquired a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the fields of nutrition and fitness. Her mission is to help those in pursuit of a healthy mind, body, and spirit achieve their goals and stay motivated. Whether looking to take the first steps toward a new you or take your level of fitness to a whole new height, Jordain can help you create your own success story!

Casey Allen, NASM-CPT (MADISON)
Casey graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Bachelors in Health Education. She is a budding NPC bikini competitor and is currently training for the 2013 NPC Southern Classic. She has been involved in physical fitness and training for many years, playing competitive soccer both at her high school and club level. She regularly participates in local 5k and 10k runs. Casey believes that a regular weights based routine along with a healthy diet is the best way to achieve weight loss and overall cardiovascular health.
